Brian provided a thorough inspection and has been available to answer any questions I might have. He has also been willing to stand in for me when my knowledge/expertise is limited, and I needed assistance pushing back on some issues.

I’ve been in the market for about 6 months now and have put in offers on two separate houses during that time. This team is top notch. From the first phone inquiry, we knew Brian was our guy. He was able to get us on his schedule fast and coordinated an extra team to come in and inspect a septic tank. During the inspection, he kept us well informed and made sure we understood all that was going on. We received the report the next morning — and on a weekend at that! He has even been reachable after the inspection for clarifications. It was important to us as first time homebuyers to feel like our inspector was not trying to get over on us and to be informed buyers - he gave us just that. We would recommend Actuate Inspections to anyone.

Brian is very detailed and thorough. He truly makes you feel like he is here for YOU and YOU only. He tells you the ins and outs of why insurance may try to fault you for if something happens down the road and you fail to get the issue fixed prior to closing. I trust him completely with the inspection process. & I plan to hire him again. He is also very understanding of how expensive the process is and allows payment plans. No matter the amount of questions I have he will call and explain it in great detail. Highly recommend.

Brian did a great job on my inspections and saved me lots of money in the long run. I would have been in a mess without him. He also doesnt mind to educate if you are unsure about something. Dont hesitate to asked questions because he really doesnt mind. I wouldn't buy a home without him!
