Brian does a great job with inspections and is very detailed. We have used him at least 4 maybe 5 times and each time it has been VERY detailed and informative. Not that we are ever looking for something bad in a home, just finding the truth before making a person. We will 100% be using Actuate inspections and Brian in the future!

We found our dream house and quickly realized during the inspection that the home needed way more repairs than the owner had led us to believe. Brian was great and walked us through the entire inspection which took about 3 hours. He pointed out things I would have never thought to look at or ask about. His report was detailed and easy to read. Bottom line is Brian saved us from buying a property that had thousands of dollars in repairs that would be needed in time including rotting outside walls behind siding. Thanks Brian for the great inspection and saving us a huge headache. If your looking to buy do yourself a favor and get it inspected through Brian.
