Brian saved us tens of thousands by inspecting a home we were interested in buying. The home had 3 prong electrical receptacles and Brian found they were not grounded properly and suggested we consult with a licensed electrician. Our electrician advised the whole home needed to be rewired as the wiring was over 50 years old and did not have the proper wiring in it for the electrical outlet making it a fire hazard. Great attention to detail and customer oriented. Thank you!
