When you look at homes you expect to find things wrong. I’m almost embarrassed the things I missed that Brian had noticed in his inspection. Something I was willing to spend years, lots of money, and trust for my family to live in Brian’s honesty and attention to detail pointed out things that saved me lots of issues. He explained things were fixable. How important certain things were available for any questions and I’m so glad I got a home inspection before I purchased. In my case I found it was better to walk away but like I said it’s almost embarrassing that I didn’t catch these issues myself.
